P!nk on acting debut: 'I got onto the film set and forgot how to talk'

Singer P!nk has revealed that her acting debut was incredibly exciting, but made her very nervous as it was a situation she was entirely unfamiliar with.

In a new behind-the-scenes clip from 'Thanks For Sharing', in which she starred alongside Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins, and Gwyneth Paltrow, she explains that singing to an arena full of people doesn't bother her, but acting on set was very different:

"For me to go onstage and perform in front of 30,000 people – I could do it with my eyes closed. It's what I do. I can sing the same song with the same emotion 48,000 times and people are like, 'Wow, how does she do that?' But I get on a film set and I don't even remember how to talk. I'm a newbie, so I sit behind the camera and just watch. They're just naturals. These people are so talented. It's just incredible to watch."

The movie's director, Stuart Blumberg, also opened up about what P!nk was like to work with and praised her natural character: "She's just that tough girl who you kind of love but who's got that soft center."
