Pixie Lott has distanced herself from the growing trend of female music stars stripping off for the camera.

The likes of Miley Cyrus and Rihanna often flirt with nudity in stills and video work, but it seems Lott won't be joining the club anytime soon.

The singer, who is released her new single 'Nasty' on Sunday (March 9), told the Metro:

"I wouldn't go completely naked. I'm not that kind of person. I couldn't do it, it would be too embarrassing. Especially the whole body, it would be too far."

'Nasty' meanwhile will feature on Lott's upcoming self-titled album, which will be released this coming year.

The record will mark the follow-up to her 2011 effort 'Young Foolish Happy'.
