Professor Green teases he will be releasing new music soon

Professor Green has teased that he will be releasing some new music soon.

His last album, 'Growing Up In Public', was released on September 22 in 2014.

The British star has been appearing as the host of Lip Sync Battle UK and has also been making documentaries about issues such as homelessness and mental health for the BBC. However, speaking at Channel 5's big rebrand event in London, he admitted that music is still "definitely" his main focus.

The rapper said: "It's nice to be able to do something different and TV's something I really enjoy. I wouldn't just say I'm dipping my foot into it; it's something that I want to continue to do.

"What I want to do now is get both up and running. It's time to get some music out I think."

Professor Green has stated in the past that he won't change his sound to sell more records and joked recently that his new material is "highly offensive like all the stuff I started out with".

When asked when would it be released, he teased: "Very soon! I can say that confidently. If you'd asked me that six months ago, I'd have been like, 'Well, it's coming'. But no. Very soon."
