The concert will take place on April 1 and will see the pair reunited once again as they have just finished an Australian tour together.

Jessie J expressed her excitement at the news earlier this morning (March 15) by tweeting "Yyyeaaaahhh!!!" and she also opened up about her run of dates down under, adding:

"Australia its been so emotional. I've loved every minute... Going to miss you ;-)"

Other artists confirmed to perform special gigs for the worthwhile cause include Sir Paul McCartney, Florence + The Machine and UK hitmaker Example.
