Professor Green says he is trying his very best to recover after being crushed by two cars.

As previously reported, the British rapper taken to hospital on Friday (May 24) after his leg was hit by a car.

The incident caused Green to cancel his show that night at Hartbury College in Gloucestershire, as well as an appearance at the University of Roehampton on Saturday (May 25).

The star was asked by a fan on Twitter today (May 27) if he would be well enough to make his gig in Watford next month (June 25), to which he replied:

"I'm doing my utmost to recover!"

Green meanwhile previously admitted that he thinks he is cursed, with this latest incident coming almost four years to the day since he was stabbed in the neck with a bottle.
