Pulp and 2manyDJs perform for Record Store Day release party

Pulp and 2manyDJs take to the decks at The Shacklewell Arms in Dalston, London today (April 20) at 9pm for Record Store Day.

Both acts DJ at the East London venue as they celebrate the Record Store Day release of the new Pulp single 'After You'.

The track was first made available to fans back in December and is available on vinyl today. The vinyl version comes backed with a Soulwax remix and was produced by LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy.

'After You' was first demoed by the band during the sessions for their 2001 album 'We Love Life', but the new version is a fresh version recorded in November 2012 before finishing it off with former LCD Soundsystem frontman Murphy in December.

Jarvis Cocker has spoken about Pulp's future plans, saying that he and his bandmates haven't ruled out recording more new material.

Meanwhile, tonight in Nashville, Jack White opens a recording booth to the public as part of Record Store Day as its official ambassador.
