DJ FRESH TOUR SUPPORT 

After smashing into the UK charts featuring on the No.1 hit ‘Hot Right Now’ new Roc Nation / Columbia Records signing Rita Ora prepares to release her debut UK single ‘R.I.P’ on May 6th. 

Rita was signed by none other than JAY Z after just one phonecall who earlier this month took her on a surprise visit to US radio station Z100 introducing his protégé to the American public.

‘R.I.P’’s roll call of writer and producers is a force to be reckoned with and marks the spot for the 21 year old who stays true to her UK roots as well as embracing her new US family.  The track that debuts on UK airwaves on Twin B’s 1Xtra show on 29th February was written by Young Money superstar Drake, produced by dubstep lords Chase & Status and pop powerhouse duo Stargate, it also features the Prince of UK hip hop Tine Tempah.  Both sides of the Atlantic have joined together to create an explosive hit that is fast making Rita the jewel in the Roc Nation crown. 

Rita will be touring with DJ Fresh on his UK tour this summer – ‘Hot Right Now’ has received over 7 million YouTube hits to date. Fans will be able to see Rita perform live ‘R.I.P’ and her new US single ‘HOW WE DO (Party)’ live on the following dates.

'R.I.P' will be released in the UK on May 6th 2012.
