British rock band Radiohead could announce new album soon

Radiohead fans are getting excited after discovering the band has set up another company, which is something the band has always done before releasing a new album.

On Radiohead's fan forum, At Ease, there are posts documenting the formation of new company, Dawn Chorus LLP. The five officers of that company are the five members of Radiohead.

This procedure is something that happened before the band released 'In Rainbows' in October 2007 after forming Xurbia Xendless Ltd in July 2007. In February 2011, they released 'The King of Limbs' after forming Ticker Tape Ltd in December 2010.

Dawn Chorus LLP was formed in October 2014. If the pattern is to be repeated, then a new album should drop three months after that company formation, so this month (January 2016).

The new company is registered at Great Portland Street in Central London. This is also a holding place for similar companies for artists such as Ed Sheeran, Wolf Alice, You Me At Six, Sister Bliss from Faithless and Supergrass, amongst others. Ed Sheeran Ltd's networth is £5.68m according to Endole, UK Company Insights, who provide the company information for the Great Portland Street registered address.

The only track Radiohead have recently unveiled is their rejected James Bond 'Spectre' theme tune called 'Spectre'. They uploaded it on Soundcloud at Christmas.
