Quantum Collective's 4th Annual Southwest Invasion Powered By WorldArts - March 20 & 21 - Austin, TX - Whole Foods Flagship Rooftop & Patio

(AUSTIN, TEXAS) -- The Quantum Collective, an innovative music marketing company that brings musicians, artists, celebrities and consumer brands together through original programs and live events, is pleased to announce their annual Southwest Invasion powered by WorldArts®, in association with Whole Foods Market® and Whole Planet Foundation®, on Friday, March 20th & Saturday, March 21st at the Whole Foods Flagship Rooftop Plaza and Patio in Austin, TX.

For the fourth year in a row, the Quantum Collective will be touching down during SXSW with one of the most talked about live music events of the year. This FREE, all ages event is open to the public, and promises to be two full days of music, food and fun from 11am - 10pm. Continuing the tradition, the main stage will be on the Whole Foods Rooftop overlooking Austin, and new this year is a second stage on the ground level in the Whole Foods patio area, which will host 16 of the 40+ acts. Additionally, presenting partner WorldArts with live stream the event each day on WorldArts.com.

This year’s confirmed performers include: The Zombies, Big Data, The Sheepdogs, X Ambassadors, of Verona, Jukebox The Ghost, Civil Twilight, Bad Veins, Hamish Anderson, Mystery Skulls, July Talk, Zeale, Rocky Dawuni, The Wind And The Wave, Greg Holden, The Lighthouse and the Whaler, On An On, MOON, Gringo Star, Hollis Brown, Noah Guthrie, Jeremy Loops, Cardboard Kids, Mansionair, OK SWEETHEART, Big Little Lions, Baby Baby, Yellerkin, Knox Hamilton, Walker Lukens, Et Tu Bruce, Magic Giant, and Jack + Eliza. Additional artists will be announced soon.

Whole Planet Foundation, whose mission is poverty alleviation through microcredit in communities around the world that supply Whole Foods Market stores with products, has teamed up with the event to create the 2015 Quantum Collective Musicians For Microcredit, aimed to raise money for their important cause. By making a donation of at least $10 USD to this campaign, donors will be entered to win a pair of VIP passes for either Friday or Saturday (winners will be randomly selected and notified by email prior to the event). The goal during Southwest Invasion is to raise $5,000 to create 26 new loans and help 130 people. Celebrating its recent launch, WorldArts is offering an opportunity for two artists to perform at the Southwest Invasion (one act each day). This special opportunity is open to any individual musician or band worldwide. Those selected will receive a trip to Austin, including travel and accommodations, room and tax, and transportation. To qualify for this exclusive Southwest Invasion opportunity, artists must visit WorldArts.com to submit a video of an original song in any genre.
