ROBBIE WILLIAMS LAUNCHES NEW APP FOR iPHONE, iPAD, iPOD TOUCH AND ANDROID PHONES

LONDON, UK, June 29, 2011 -- As Take That’s record-breaking UK tour reaches Wembley Stadium this week for the start of a staggering eight night residency at the venue, Robbie Williams launches a new application for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android users which offers fans a huge array of features including an interactive opportunity to share thoughts, highlights and photos from the tour.

The application, available from iTunes and the Android Market, is the ultimate app for fans wishing to interact with each other and with Robbie himself. Featuring access to his highly personal, revealing blogs and official Twitter feed, the app also includes a selection of full length music tracks, a photo section spanning his whole career, a video section jam-packed with over 400 videos of archive behind-the-scenes clips and footage of Robbie from the Progress Live tour, which is frequently updated, full discography and a live section where fans can upload their own photos from the Take That tour. An exclusive “I Was There” section also allows fans to share memories from all of Robbie’s gigs over the years.

Take That’s tour opened in Sunderland on May 27 and reaches Wembley Stadium on June 30. The tour broke all records for ticket sales, selling over 1.1 million tickets in one day. The album “Progress” is the second biggest selling album in British history and the fastest selling album of this century.
