Robbie Williams has confirmed three UK tour dates due to take place in September.

The singer is hitting the road to perform at some slightly more intimate venues than the massive outdoor shows he is perhaps best known for.

Williams will be playing three venues that he played on his first ever solo UK tour back in 1997, with two dates in England and one in Scotland.

He will play the Leeds O2 Academy on September 11 before travelling to Glasgow the next day.

The Take That man will then finish off his jaunt with a show in Southend on September 16.

Tickets for the concerts will be allocated via a ballot system.

The full tour schedule is as follows:

September 11 - Leeds O2 Academy

September 12 - Glasgow Barrowland

September 16 - Southend Cliffs Pavilion South End On Sea

Williams is currently in the process of relaunching his solo career, with the singer recently filming a video in London.
