Swedish dance-pop star Robyn has cleverley avoided the subject of supporting Katy Perry on her forthcoming tour in a recent interview. 

Speaking to Time Out New York on January 28, Robyn was asked how it came about that she will be supporting Perry on her 'California Dreams' tour and said:

"I was asked by her to do it and thought it was a good way of getting to know her audience. It’s bigger than mine. [Laughs]"

She also edged around talking about her views on Perry's music and if she is a fan:

"You know what? I have to go now. [Giggles]"

The reporter, Sophie Harris, then asked "really?" to which Robyn replied:

"Yeah! I do. But it’s nice to talk to you."
