Sarah Harding: “I suffer from panic attacks”

Former Girls Aloud songstress Sarah Harding has revealed that she sometimes suffers from panic attacks that come on after spending long periods of time at her isolated country home.

During a new interview with Hello! magazine, the British beauty confessed that she was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and it impacts her mood while manifesting in physical ways that cause her to feel dizzy and unable to breathe properly:

"I suffer with ADHD so I'm pretty hyper. I'm very isolated at home so when I've been away for a long time I get anxious. I've had panic attacks where I getshortness of breath and I start feeling dizzy with a dry mouth and feel hot and cold."

Harding also recently told the Mail Online that she believes she was too 'skinny' during her Girls Aloud days and is now more concerned with nutrition and health: "I was too skinny when I was with the girls, it was ageing. I've caught the juicing bug. I love being in the kitchen and cooking and creating juices and smoothies every day."

Earlier this afternoon (March 4), she told her followers on Twitter that she will be performing live in London later this month and confirmed details of the show: "Well... I am officially so pleased to announce I'll be appearing live at O2 academy Islington on March 26. Tickets on sale later this week."
