Sarah Harding: 'I never search for my own name online, it's disastrous'

Former Girls Aloud songstress Sarah Harding has revealed that she avoids reading articles about herself online because nothing good ever comes of it.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz, the blonde bombshell explained that she won't Google herself because it does nothing but breed negativity and encourage feelings of self-doubt:

"I don't go on Twitter and search for my name or people hashtagging me, to be honest. That's just a recipe for disaster. My fans are really lovely with me and I like to interact with them on a fairly regular basis. I'm not on Twitter as much as I'd like to be as I'm not that confident on social media but I think that's something that will come with time."

Harding, meanwhile, took to her official Twitter page last night (April 30) and praised Lady Gaga's latest album for giving her inspiration to hit it hard at the gym: "It's official! #ARTPOP is my fave workout record! #gymbunny."
