Now that Girls Aloud's forthcoming reunion tour is on the horizon, the beauties have been hard at work in rehearsals and member Sarah Harding admitted that it's a tough schedule.

Speaking to the Daily Star about preparations for the run of dates, which are due to begin on February 21 at the Metro Arena in Newcastle, she explained that the routines are exhausting and challenging, but fellow bandmate Cheryl Cole gives her great advice:

"I'm looking forward to the tour coming up. Rehearsals are hard work! I've got aching muscles everywhere but Cheryl gives me dancing tips."
