Successful girl band The Saturdays are currently in rehearsals for their upcoming tour and some of the choreography allows them to get aggressive. 

The routine in question features a forward punch and one member of the group in particular found a natural affinity with the move.

The choreographer explained:

"In this routine there's a punch-step and one out of the five is doing it with a bit of aggression!"

Vanessa White then steps forward to demonstrate how it's done, much to the amusement of the other girls. Mollie King also threw herself into rehearsals and tweeted on January 14:

"So sad I can't be at Frankie's tonight! Busted my knee in tour rehearsals so have to stay home and rest! Love u Frankster!! Xxxx"
