Rochelle Humes to return to The Saturdays within "weeks"

Rochelle Humes will resume her role in The Saturdays in weeks, according to her husband Marvin.

The singer has been absent from the band's live and promotional appearances over the last number of weeks after giving birth to her first child Alaia-Mai.

Speaking to Capital FM, new dad Marvin Humes revealed that Rochelle is due to team up again with her bandmates in a "couple of weeks". He said:

"Obviously she's still recovering and she's off work for a couple more weeks but she is raring to get back with the girls and do what she loves to do best. Alaia and her are just so beautiful, we're very, very lucky."

The JLS man added: "Alaia-Mai is just, it's the most beautiful feeling, it's hard to explain. People always say how lovely it is but until it happens to you, you're just filled with such emotion that you've never felt before. The responsibility and the love and the togetherness is just amazing and we're very, very lucky."

Humes' bandmate Frankie Sandford meanwhile is currently pregnant and is sporting an ever-increasing baby bump.
