Scissor Sisters cancel Berlin gig: "It's always difficult to be the bearers of bad news"

Flamboyant stars Scissor Sisters have pulled out of a live appearance that was scheduled to take place in Germany on October 12.

The band were meant to perform in Berlin early next month, but posted an statement on their official website earlier today (September 17) that explains how they have been forced to cancel:

"We Scissor Sisters want to express our heartfelt apologies to our friends in Berlin. Due to an unforeseen conflict, we sadly need to cancel our show on October 12."

"It’s always difficult to be the bearers of bad news, and it breaks our heart to disappoint anyone, especially our loyal fans in one of our favorite cities in the world. We can only say that we will make it up to you as soon as we can."

Meanwhile, Scissor Sisters will appear on 'Styled To Rock' during tomorrow's programme (September 18) and they told their fans how to tune in: "Thanks to @rihanna for inviting us on her @StyledToRock show, which you can watch on Sky Living HD at 9pm tomorrow (Tues) in the UK."
