Scissor Sisters' Ana Matronic for Eurovision commentary

Songstress Ana Matronic has confirmed that she will be providing commentary for this year's BBC coverage of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Writing on her official Twitter page earlier today (March 7), the Scissor Sisters beauty revealed her involvement in the competition, which will take place in Malmö, Sweden on May 18:

"So I guess the cat is out of the bag. Eurovision here I come! Looking forward to sharing the experience with you lovely British lot. Allow me to clarify - I will be providing commentary for the BBC's Eurovision coverage. Really looking forward to the spectacle!"

When asked by one of her followers if she will be performing at the well-loved kitsch event, Matronic explained that she is "just providing commentary for the BBC coverage".

It has also now been confirmed that 80s legend Bonnie Tyler will represent the UK this year with a song called 'Believe In Me'.
