Shakira has unveiled the video for her latest single.

The sultry star is unleashing the track 'Empire' as the next tune from her newly released self-titled album.

The singer has now debuted the accompanying video for the song, which runs with a wedding theme.

Shakira is seen fleeing her own wedding ceremony at the last minute after entering a church.

There are also shots of the singer with flames coming from the back of her wedding dress, whilst there are juxtaposed images of Shakira in a black ensemble.

The Colombian songstress meanwhile is due to perform live on The Voice UK on Saturday (March 29).
