'Hips Don't Lie' beauty Shakira has revealed that along with being a new mother to son Milan and working as a vocal coach on 'The Voice', she has managed to find time to begin working on a brand new album.

During an interview with Us Weekly, the star explained that she has started writing songs and is about "halfway there", but there's a long way to go as she juggles both her personal and working lives:

"I’ve recorded some stuff, but I’m halfway there. I don’t know exactly what I’ve got because I make so many songs and some of them might make it and some of them won’t. I’m just searching and writing about pretty much anything that comes to my mind and just letting myself be, without putting too much limits."

The hitmaker took to her official Twitter page last night (May 29) and shared a snapshot of herself blowing a kiss into the camera as a 'thank you' to her fans for being so supportive:

"A little kiss for my #shakifans to thank you, you are the best in the whole world!!! -Shak"
