Snoop Dogg apologises for Iggy Azalea vitriol

Snoop Dogg has called a truce on his public slagging of Iggy Azalea.

Things turned sour between the pair this week when Dogg uploaded a picture online of a man and said that it looked like Azalea without make-up.

The Australian was disappointed at the move as the rapper had apparently always been a fan of hers in real life.

Dogg proceeded to tell the "bitch" Azalea that she is "messing" with the wrong person, with the rapper adding that the Australian is a "c*nt".

The 'Gin and Juice' star, however, has now apologised after speaking to Azalea's manager.

He said in an Instagram video: "I just got off the phone with my homeboy TIP, the king of Atlanta. It's officially over. No more bad talk. I apologise. I apologise, I'm sorry. I won't do it again."

The Australian responded on Twitter: "I appreciate the apology @snoopdogg. Let that be that people, time to focus on the positive things I've got going on. no time to dwell on the negative."
