Snoop Dogg's royal request

U.S rap superstar Snoop Dogg was the guest on last night's (March 31) George Lopez show and spoke about the track he penned for Prince William, entitled 'Wet'.

"It's called 'Wet' because I wanted him to have a little bit of fun before he gets married, you know what I'm saying, see all the girls that you're gonna be able to see before you lock down with that one and enjoy yourself!"

When asked how the song, which he wrote for the Prince's stag party, came about he explained:

"Me and the Queen we got a cool little relationship so the Queen reached out and called one of my nephews and my nephew connected me on the phone with the Queen, and she said she wanted something special for her grandkid. Why not? Let me do it! I'm the best one when it comes to throwing parties anyway!"

The 'Drop It Like It's Hot' hitmaker also joked that he was up for getting in on the royal action and wants to be knighted:

"I think I'm ready to be hit with the sword!"
