Take That suggest they are recording new album

Take That have hinted that they are back in the studio to work on their next album.

The British group had previously said that writing for the record, which will be their seventh, would take place in January.

Howard Donald took to Twitter today (January 14) to suggest that the boyband are now in the studio working on the album.

He said: "Studio today with the boys! Excited! We will do are very best to deliver an amazing album."

Gary Barlow then retweeted the message and added: "*me too*."

Take That's last studio effort came in the shape of 2010's 'Progress', which reached No.1 in the UK upon release.

It is still unclear, however, if Robbie Williams will take part in the group's next record.
