Take That announce London date

Take That have confirmed their return to the live scene.

The trio - who are releasing new album 'III' on December 1 - will perform at the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball on December 6 at London's O2 Arena.

They join a bill that includes acts like The Vamps, OneRepublic, Olly Murs and Ella Henderson.

Gary Barlow commented: "We’ve never played Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball before so we are really excited. You are going to have to guide us through it as we don’t know the ropes!

"We are bringing all our band with us, we will have a stage full of people, we’re going to play all the hits and all the songs that everybody loves, and we may even throw the new single in there."

Tickets for the show will go on sale from 8am UK time on Friday (November 7).

Take That meanwhile will precede their album with the single 'These Days'.

The tune will be released in the UK on November 23.
