Take That sign streaming deal with Google Play

Take That have teamed up with Google Play to stream their new album.

The English trio are due to unleash their latest record 'III' on December 1 and fans will be able to listen to it online via Google's Play service.

It will be available to stream exclusively on the platform for four weeks - meaning that Spotify users won't get their hands on it until 2015.

The Google Play version of the record will also feature three songs that won't be available on "any other streaming or download" service.

The band said in a statement: "We would like to thank Google Play for coming up with such a great, creative campaign around the release of an album we're extremely proud of.

"We also wanted to do something different for this release and are looking forward to seeing it come to life, kicking off with a very special album launch party on Monday for a small number of some of our biggest supporters."
