Taylor Swift surprised a fan this weekend by turning at her bridal party.

Gena Gabrielle has struck up a friendship with the country pop star over the years and the singer shocked her on Sunday (April 13) by arriving at her pre-wedding party.

The fan - who is getting married in May - posted a series of message on Twitter about the cameo, saying:

"I had no idea Taylor was coming it was a complete surprise. She's an incredible person and amazing friend... Thank you for making today even more special... You went above & bring my wildest dreams. I can't thank you enough. "

She added: "Apparently they told Taylor she didn't have time and she said no I'm going to ohio I can't make the wedding & I promised her"

Gabrielle also uploaded a photo of the gifts Swift gave her, which included a myriad of cooking utensils.
