Taylor Swift breaks all-time tour revenue record with her 'Red' run

'I Knew You Were Trouble' beauty Taylor Swift has broken the all-time revenue record for a single tour by a country artist following the end of her worldwide 'Red' tour recently.

Billboard reports that the final stats have shown that Swift's overall gross of $150 million has propelled her into first place ahead of previous record holders Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, whose joint Soul2Soul tour raked in an impressive $141 million during 2006 and 2007.

Back in June, the superstar revealed that she has been working on her new album and described it as her 'favourite' project so far: "I’ve already been working very hard on it and it’s already my favourite thing that I’ve ever created. So the idea that after Asia, I get to go back and finish everything and get everything completely done and wrapped up for a new project, it’s very exciting.”
