Taylor Swift on career: 'I don't want to rule anything out'

'I Knew You Were Trouble' beauty Taylor Swift has revealed that starring in new movie 'The Giver' along with cutting her long hair much shorter are two things that have shown her how unexpected life can be, and she's really excited about where this new chapter will take her.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Swift confessed that she is constantly surprising herself where the direction of her career in the entertainment industry is concerned and doesn't want to rule out anything because she has changed so much:

"I seem to be changing so much and so quickly these days that it is hard to rule out anything. I never thought that I'd live in New York or even cut my hair. These are all things that changed recently, and it is really funny and interesting how life keeps you on your toes."

When asked if she wants to make more of a solid move into acting in the future, Swift added that only time will tell as she wants to just see how things go naturally: "I don't know. That has yet to be determined."
