Taylor Swift and Pharrell Williams planning collaboration

Taylor Swift has revealed that she and Pharrell Williams are plotting a collaboration.

The 'Shake It Off' star was recently confirmed to appear as a guest mentor on the US version of The Voice, which features Williams as a coach.

Speaking to Access Hollywood recently about meeting the show's coaches, Swift said that she and 'Happy' hitmaker Williams have been discussing a collaboration.

She said: "The first person that I worked with was Blake Shelton, who I've known for years because we both have been in the country music scene for years and years and years. His favourite this to do is to make me uncomfortable! And after you talk to Pharrell, you feel really good for about two weeks straight...he's like a sorcerer, of happiness.

"Pharrell and I were talking, in the breaks yesterday, and we just kept saying, 'We have to do something together!' He's like, 'You just call me. Call me when you figure it out'. I'm like, 'You call me if you figure it out first!'."

Swift is due to feature on The Voice USA from October 27.
