Taylor Swift: 'I don't know if I'll have kids because I have no privacy'

'Shake It Off' superstar Taylor Swift has revealed that she can't decide whether or not to start a family in the future because she's concerned about the lack of privacy that comes with being a celebrity and doesn't know if that would be a safe environment to raise kids in

Speaking to InStyle magazine, the beauty explained that the constant intrusions into her personal life by the media and paparazzi are a point of concern so she's unsure about bringing children into that world:

"I don't know if I'll have kids. It's impossible not to picture certain scenarios and how you would try to convince them that they have a normal life when, inevitably, there will be strange men pointing giant cameras at them from the time they are babies."

During a new interview with Graham Norton in the UK, Swift confessed that she doesn't even want to date at the moment because she feels too young: "I'm just not looking at guys right now. My life is really busy and complicated and it becomes too chaotic when I involve someone else in it. It's something I've observed over time that if you give people one thing to talk about, they multiply it by 50 and make all these sensational stories about you. So if you give them zero, they can't multiply it."

"I would so much rather people focus on what I've created. Honestly, it's not really a priority for me at the moment. I'm 24 and kind of too young to find 'the one' and I don't want to date for no reason, so I just don't."
