Taylor Swift's US album sales forecast boosted for second time

Taylor Swift's new album has had its sales forecast increased again.

The singer released her new effort '1989' this week and its estimated US first week sales prediction has been boosted once more.

It was originally set at 750,000 before jumping to between 800,000 and 900,000.

Billboard now report that the record is expected to shift over 900,000 units in its first week in the States.

This means that the album would be the highest-selling chart-topper in the US since Justin Timberlake's 'The 20/20 Experience', which shifted 968,000 copies in its first week in 2013.
