Taylor Swift reveals the last time she cried: "I was watching one of my fan's present-opening videos"

In a new interview Taylor Swift has revealed what makes her laugh, cry and her current favourite reading and listening materials.

Speaking to The Telegraph for their “The Last Time I…” interview feature, the ‘Style’ singer showed off her emotional side by sharing the most recent reason for her crying was watching a video of a fan opening a gift from her (see video below).

Taylor explained: “I was watching one of my fan’s present-opening videos. He’s a British guy called Johnnie that I sent Valentine’s Day presents to, he’s 16 and literally the most precious human. It’s not sad or anything, but at the end he does this thank you to me and I was just like 'Ooh'.”

Speaking about the last time she laughed, Swift said: “Last night. I was just drinking – I laugh a lot when I drink. I think everything’s funny then.”

The 25-year-old star also shared that the last book she read was ‘Ava Gardner: The Secret Conversations’ by Peter Evans and the music she is currently enjoying comes from James Bay and Borns’ ‘Candy’ EP.

On the last text message she received, Taylor divulged: “It’s from Ed [Sheeran]! It says, 'You’re sitting right next to me and Haim [at the Grammys] it looks like'. Yes, oh my God! I’m happy we’ve got a really good crew this year, it’s like me, Sam [Smith], Haim, Ed – that’s a good enough crew. We all know each other, we all like each other, those are all good people who will be up and dancing.”
