Taylor Swift transforms into a character named 'Catastrophe'

Superstar Taylor Swift has teased the upcoming release of the music video for 'Bad Blood' with a film noir style poster.

The 'Out Of The Woods' songstress shared the image, which can be seen below, with her 57.2 million followers on Twitter this afternoon (May 7) and told them: "Meet Catastrophe. #BadBloodMusicVideo."

The stunning poster reveals that Joseph Kahn, who created Swift's video for 'Blank Space', has directed the accompanying visual and it will be officially released later this month on Sunday, May 17. Swift will take on the lead role of a woman named 'Catastrophe' for the cut.

Swift, meanwhile, is currently on her 1989 world tour and will perform next on May 20 in Bossier City at the CenturyLink Center. She just finished two concerts in Japan and told her Tokyo audience that she believes they have a lot in common with her: "There are 55,000 people here tonight and I can only assume that some of you have gone through hard times. I can only assume that some of you turned to music at those times, like I have. So we have that in common."
