Taylor Swift wants to put Kanye West 'saga' in the past

Taylor Swift says she wants to move on from her "saga" with Kanye West.

The pair first fell out in 2009 when the rapper stormed her stage at the MTV VMAs to proclaim that Beyoncé should have won her award.

They appeared to later make amends, but West brought things back into focus earlier this year with his track 'Famous'.

West rapped: "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous."

Speaking in the new issue of Vogue, Swift said she wants to put it all in the past.

The US star said: "I think the world is so bored with the saga.

"I don't want to add anything to it, because then there's just more."

During a Grammy Awards acceptance speech this year, Swift appeared to denounce West and his lyrics.

She added to Vogue: "I guess what I wanted to call attention to in my speech at the Grammys was how it's going to be difficult if you're a woman who wants to achieve something in her life - no matter what."
