The singer's last album, 'Speak Now', was released in 2010 and some fans have been speculating that Swift is about to announce her next album.

In a video posted on YouTube yesterday (August 7) promoting an upcoming webchat, the 'Love Story' star confirmed she would be unveiling some exciting news.

Swift will speak to fans online on Monday (August 13) before announcing the news. In her video, she said:

"Hey, it's Taylor. So I really want to talk to you about something. I would love it if you would join me August 13 for a live webchat."

Swift continued: "You can ask questions. I want to share some news with you, some really cool news. Not gonna go into it too much, but it's cool. I'll see you there."
