Taylor Swift tallies her 41st Billboard Top 40 Hot 100 hit

The 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' hitmaker tallied her 41st Top 40 Hot 100 Billboard hit this week, lifting her into a 10th-place tie among acts sharing the most entries in the chart's history.

Taylor Swift joins the acts with the most top 40 titles dating to the Hot 100's August 4, 1958 launch which includes Elvis Presley (#80), Elton John (#57), The Beatles (#50), Madonna (#49) and the Rolling Stones (#41).

Swift first reached the the top 40 when her debut single "Tim McGraw" spent a week at #40 back in 2007.

She holds the record for the most top 10 debuts, which she extended to 11 with "I Knew You Were Trouble" last year. The song was the third top 10-debuting preview track from her latest album "Red".

She currently ranks at #32 with "22", her 40th top 40 hit.

Swift additionally boasts the most simultaneous titles on the Hot 100 by a female artist, ranking the week that her album 'Speak Now' debuted atop the Billboard 200. Watch Taylor Swift's acoustic performance of her latest hit '22' here:
