The Wanted have announced details of their new single.

The popular boyband will unleash the track 'Walks Like Rihanna' on June 23 as they build up to the release of their new album.

The group today (April 26) confirmed the news on Twitter, posting:

"We're really excited to announce our first single of 2013 will be 'Walks Like Rihanna' and is released on June 23!! #WalksLikeRihanna :D."

They also unveiled a 30 second clip of the song to members of their online fan club, Wanted World.

Max George and Co. also uploaded a brand new promotional photo of the group, with plenty of suits on show.

Speaking about track, Tom Parker said: "We are really excited about this single. We feel it's a little different from the usual Wanted sound, we've stripped it back to pure pop, it's just a feel good, fun track. Fun is a good word to describe the video too. Let's just say it's got a lot of character."

The video meanwhile for 'Walks Like Rihanna' will be released on May 7.
