The Wanted and Avril Lavigne to perform on Dancing with the Stars

The Wanted are set to perform without Nathan Sykes for the first time since he underwent vocal surgery.

The boyband will take in the surreal moment on tonight's (May 14) episode of US reality show Dancing with the Stars.

They will be joined on the program by Avril Lavigne as they mark their 300th episode.

The Wanted will perform 'Fill A Heart', whilst Lavigne will play new single 'Here's To Never Growing Up'.

The British and Irish boyband have been preparing for this moment for a number weeks after singer Nathan Sykes underwent surgery to remove a hemorrhaging nodule.

Doubts have been cast by the group over what his voice will be like in the months ahead, but Jay McGuiness said that Sykes will always have a place in the group.
