The Wanted's Tom Parker backs Justin Bieber: "I've done a lot worse"

The Wanted singer Tom Parker has defended Justin Bieber's behaviour this year.

The Canadian teen has endured something of a tough 2013 so far, following a series of indiscretions in the public eye.

He lashed out at a member of the paparazzi and the singer also was seen urinating in a mop bucket before cussing at a photo of Bill Clinton.

However, The Wanted's Tom Parker believes Bieber's actions are to be expected of a 19-year-old. The 'Walks Like Rihanna' man told the Huffington Post:

"Anything he does away from his squeaky clean image is seen as him being a bad lad, but he's just doing things that a normal nineteen-year-old would do. I've done a lot worse, but because I'm a lot older and wasn't in the public eye at that age, no one knows or cares. He's just maturing and I kind of like how he's not that kid that sang 'Baby' any more. He's turning into a handsome young chap."
