The Wanted's Nathan Sykes and songstress Ariana Grande have confirmed that they are in an exclusive relationship together. 

The pair collaborated on a romantic track called 'Almost Is Never Enough', which led to speculation that they might be dating because of the obvious on-screen chemistry, and the pair have now taken to their respective Twitter pages to tell fans the truth. 

Sykes wrote: "So, I guess it’s obvious now... thanks to everyone who is being so lovely. I’m so happy ❤️ #butweareterrified #pleasedontkillme #orariana." Grande then took to her social networking account and added: "We hesitated saying anything as people can be a bit insensitive but thank u ♡ we value all of your happiness, thank you for valuing ours."

The 'Glad You Came' singer's bandmate, Max George, offered his own congratulations and posted: "@NathanTheWanted @ArianaGrande very happy for you little brother. She's a sweetheart :)"

Earlier this month, Sykes praised Grande's incredible vocal ability and compared her talents to those of legend Mariah Carey: "I think she can do incredible things in the music industry without being compared to someone like Mariah Carey, which is amazing - it's like the biggest compliment you can ever receive and what she's doing with her music is so incredible. In ten years' time, people will be saying, 'This girl's the next Ariana Grande.'"
