EXTRA LEONARD COHEN DATE announced for A Day at the Hop Farm

Due to extraordinary demand Vince Power has announced an additional date for Leonard Cohen at A Day at the Hop Farm.

The legendary Canadian will now play Sunday 9th September in addition to Saturday 8th September. Both shows are part of his world tour and will be Cohen’s only UK dates in 2012. The crowds will be treated to an ambitious set stretching to over three hours of the artist’s classic songs, selected rarities and showcasing new tracks from his No. 1 selling album – Old Ideas.

Both shows will take place at the Hop Farm venue in Kent, home to the Hop Farm Music Festival, which takes place earlier in the year in June & July.

Vince Power said: “The demand has been overwhelming and it’s fantastic to announce the extra date. These will be Leonard Cohen’s only UK dates this year and we’re over the moon he’s decided to play them here. It promises to be a fantastic weekend.”

A Day at the Hop Farm with Leonard Cohen will be an open-air, all seated event.
 
Members of Leonard Cohen’s fan club have the opportunity to purchase advance tickets from 9am on Friday 18th May. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 9am on Monday 21st May.
