Tulisa Contostavlos launches fashion range

Tulisa Contostavlos has announced that she is branching out into fashion.

The X Factor judge will launch her own range called TFB, which will go on sale in October via fashion chain BANK.

It is said the clothes will feature "colourful statement fabrics, edgy detailing and luxe materials".

In a statement, Tulisa said that appearing on the X Factor encouraged her into fashion. She said:

"In the past I wasn't that interested in fashion, but being on the X Factor has made me become much more aware of own my personal style. To me, fashion is about having fun and experimenting and wearing what makes you feel good."

She continued: "Girls often ask me where I get my clothes so I thought I'd create my own collection, something that's fun, feminine, full of attitude and that reflects my personality."

The collection has been put together by Tulisa and her stylist Gemma Sheppard.
