Usher announces new U.S. tour: 'It'll be like nothing you've ever seen me do before'

'Burn' hitmaker Usher has just revealed that he will be heading out on tour later this year in America.

The R&B sensation called into Ryan Seacrest's radio show earlier today (September 2) and announced details of a tour that will take him through a total of 27 cities in the USA starting this November:

"I’ve been busy. Just making my way back to the stage has been kind of the greatest anticipation of this year and now I’m ready. I’ll be touring on North America in 27-cities and I’m really excited about it.”

This will be the superstar's first on the road jaunt in three years and he teased fans with a few more details about what they can expect from the series of concerts:

“[This will be] like no other [tour] before. Twenty years of doing this, musically, I’ve graced every stage there is, but never quite like this. This is going to be a new experience that does not arrive based off of one album, or either the launch of this most-recent album, which I’m not finished yet, I’m still working on it."

Usher added: "I just really want to get back on the stage. You see me playing the bass, you see me playing the guitar, you see me playing the drums… it’s just a different experience.”
