Usher 'changed' after becoming a father: 'Everything is different now'

R&B sensation Usher has revealed that his two children, Naviyd Ely Raymond and Usher Raymond V, have completely changed how he approaches life and how he looks at things.

The star explained to USA Today that being a father has made him a different man and he has realised what the real priorities in his life are now: "Having children changes how you look at life, what matters, what's a priority. And then you have a few uphill battles - well, that makes you even more resilient."

He went onto add that he tries to bring his kids out on tour when he's travelling so that he doesn't have to miss any important 'dad' moments:

"I'm with my children all the time in Atlanta. When I'm on tour, they come in and out. Usher's more active; I can be out in the park with him for two hours, just throwing a ball around. Naviyd loves to read, loves to see shows. I love to have him with me in New York."

The 'Burn' heartthrob joked that his youngest son, Usher, recently criticised his music but was impressed by his live concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City: "He was sitting with his grandma [and] he went from, 'I don't like your music' to 'I liked your show!'"
