Bieber is releasing 'Believe' later this month and has been busy promoting it around the globe to masses of adoring fans.

Speaking on ITV's Daybreak, Usher said that the Canadian is now "coming into his own" musically.

He added that also feels like his bond with Bieber stretches beyond just the music industry. He said:

"In terms of being a mentor, being a person of influence, it is a relationship that far exceeds just business. And it is one I am very proud of. And yes, the young man has come along very well. He is coming into his own, his new album is going to be incredible."
