Westlife add 9 dates to their Greatest Hits tour

Westlife have added 9 new dates to their forthcoming Greatest Hits tour due to overwhelming public demand.

The 'Flying Without Wings' superstars recently revealed the extensive string of dates and then soon after confirmed that 2012 will see them put an end to their impressive career as a boyband. This news saw a surge in ticket sales and has caused the singers to extend their tour.

Writing on Twitter this morning, they explained "due to phenomenal public demand, Westlife have today added more shows in June to their Greatest Hits Tour". The newly added shows are as follows:

  • June 5 - Nottingham, Capital FM Arena
  • June 7 - London, O2 Arena
  • June 8 - Birmingham, LG Arena
  • June 9 - Manchester, Evening News Arena
  • June 11 - Cardiff, Motorpoint Arena
  • June 12 - Sheffield, Motorpoint Arena
  • June 13 - Liverpool, Echo Arena
  • June 15 - Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena
  • June 16 - Glasgow, SECC
