'She Wants To Move' hitmaker and producer Pharrell Williams is selling his home in Florida and it has been listed for a staggering price.

The property, described by Freshome as a "reverse fishbowl", is on the market for a cool $16.8 million (£10,374,083) and is a luxury 9,000-square-foot Miami penthouse.

The estate agent's round-up explains that the house is an "expansive living space backdropped by walls of glass." It also boasts "Fine granite and wood floors, each room is dressed with luxury appointments and custom built-ins."

In addition to the indoor living space, Williams' abode has "spacious pool terraces, second level pool, summer kit and rooftop terraces all combine to create a tropical feel atop the world!"

Meanwhile, Williams has been spending time in the studio with Miley Cyrus and is working with her on her brand new forthcoming album.

Amy Winehouse's house sells for £1m less than the asking price

The north London home of the late Amy Winehouse sold today (December 3) at auction for a £1 million less than it was on the market for.

The Camden house, which became something of an unofficial shrine to the tragic singer, sold for £1.9 million ($3 million) at auction this afternoon and despite the seemingly impressive figure it was actually originally meant to go for £2.8 million.

Mitch Winehouse, Amy's father, decided to reduce the price after being inundated with viewing requests by fans and so the property was sold at auction.

The new owners of the house declined to comment, but Mitch Winehouse said "we are very sorry to see it go."

JLS's Marvin Humes gets Niall Horan odd moving-in gift

JLS star Marvin Humes has revealed that he got Niall Horan a rather personal present when the One Direction man moved into his old house.

The Huffington Post reports that Horan replaced Humes in his luxury North London pad after he moved out to live with new wife Rochelle Wiseman.

Humes apparently wanted to hide seafood behind the curtains for a joke - but he opted for a cushion with Horan's face on it instead. The singer told The Mirror:

"I got him a moving-in present. It was a cushion with a picture of himself on it. Our management had One Direction cushions so I got a Niall face and left it in the house for him to see."

Marvin Humes meanwhile recently announced that he and his wife will be having their first child together.

Marvin Humes of JLS: 'It's true that Niall Horan just bought my old house'

JLS heartthrob Marvin Humes has confirmed the recent rumours that suggested One Direction's Niall Horan had purchased his home as true.

During an interview with Yahoo! OMG yesterday (November 15), newly married Humes explained that Horan has bought the house and will be moving in soon, but doesn't know which room he might choose to sleep in:

"Yeah! I dunno what room he's gonna choose for his bedroom but it's true he bought my place."

The JLS lads also described One Direction as 'little brothers' because they often turn to them for advice: "One Direction came from the same show as us so they're kinda like our younger brothers.

"We watched them grow and they've done incredibly well so yeah they come to us for advice and we give them the best we can."

Member JB also opened up about the current season of The X Factor, adding that Union J have the potential to win as they're following a similar road JLS travelled on while they took part in the TV vocal talent show back in '08:

"We were in the bottom two at one point in the show and we went on to come second to Alexandra [Burke] so I think there's definitely scope for them to get to the final if not go on and win it, you never know."

The pair have been good friends for some time and George, who split from his fiancée Michelle Keegan earlier this year, explained that he's excited about the move and he hopes he can persuade the 'Standing In The Dark' singer to do his washing, among other household chores:

"I moved to London when I was 17 and stayed for six years but then I kind of missed home... (I have) a single bed and a video player on my TV. I love it though."

He continued to Fabulous magazine: "But I'm moving in with Andy, from the band Lawson. We've been friends for ages, and are best mates. I think I'm going to try to get him to do my washing."

Kylie Minogue: 'I bought a lavish house in LA and only slept there twice'

Australian pop icon Kylie Minogue has admitted that years ago she bought an expensive "grown up's playground" style house in California, but only stayed there a couple of times.

The 'All The Lovers' superstar told BBC Radio 2 that she went through a period of uncertainty regarding her career in 1999, and in order to cope with it she moved to the USA and purchased a property in Los Angeles although her time there was short-lived because things soon picked up again for her musically:

"It was so quiet for me that I thought, 'Maybe that's it?' So I bought a house in Los Angeles, because it was this weird middle ground - it wasn't Australia, It wasn't England, and it was fun, like a grown up's playground."

"So I bought this house and I must have stayed there twice and then I signed with Parlophone. Then, well ... Boom Parlophone and 'Spinning Around', let's just say I sold the house!"

Minogue added that while 'Spinning Around' helped get her back into the spotlight it was really the success of 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' that propelled her to international stardom:

"'Spinning Around' was a golden moment. It was the Millennium, it was back in the most shiny, exuberant way. Then with 'Can't Get You Out of My Head' on the next album, the sound, the video, this time it wasn't golden, it was ice cool, sharp and futuristic, and it took it to a new place, and with the reach of that song to another level."
