The Wanted's Max George jokes about impregnating woman: 'I'm going to f**king live to regret that one!'

Heartthrob Max George of boyband The Wanted has joked that he might have knocked up a woman during a new interview.

Speaking to a reporter when promoting his band's new reality show, 'The Wanted Life', George explained that his party lifestyle coupled with adapting to being a British man in the USA means he'll have to 'wait another seven months' to find out if the girl in question is expecting his baby:

"Do I have any regrets? Well, she hasn't rang me with any news, so... no news is good news in my book. So not so far! I'll give it another seven months and I'll tell you then, but it's all good."

The 'Glad You Came' hitmaker quickly realised what he had said and added: "I'm going to f**king live to regret that one, aren't I?"

When asked if the show boasts any risqué footage that he wouldn't want his family members seeing, Geoge said: "I don't think it's anything that my mum hasn't seen - well, it is! I think they'll understand. I'm more concerned about my nana really than my mum, because I still live with my mum so she sees it anyway."

'The Wanted Life' premieres in the UK on Monday, June 24 at 9pm on the E! channel.

“We always want to top our previous albums.

USAToday.com had an exclusive first listen stream of WAITING FOR THE DAWN yesterday and Paste Magazine recently premiered “The Great Divide” video – watch below.

The band also kicked off their “Be A Mowgli” campaign (www.beamowgli.com) which encourages fans to promote positive change through their manifesto of loving everyone and random acts of kindness. Users can submit photos and other multimedia showcasing what it means to “Be A Mowgli” to them and even call a number that the band is answering to talk about positivity and love.

The Mowgli’s are into a busy spring and summer schedule of major festival dates across the U.S. which has already taken in Edgefest in Dallas, Revelry in Madison, WI and Bonnaroo in Manchester, TN. A dozen more festival dates include Summerfest (June 29th), Lollapalooza (August 4th) and Bumbershoot (September 1st). These will be combined with headlining dates through May, June and July. Tour dates have also been set for October with Walk The Moon.

The Mowgli’s comprise five childhood friends from the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, augmented by 3 mid-western transplants: Michael Vincze (guitar, vocals), David Applebaum (keys), Spencer Trent (percussion), Josh Hogan (guitar, vocals), Andy Warren (drums), Katie Jayne Earl (vocals), Colin Dieden (guitar, vocals) and Matt Di Panni (bass). Part ‘60s Laurel Canyon, part ‘70s Venice Beach, and part ‘10s Silverlake, the band and their harmonies are held together by a message of universal love, peace and the belief that the highest form of consciousness is achieved by togetherness and unity. Inspired by the grind of Los Angeles, the magnetism of San Francisco, and the serenity of the Big Sur Coast, the songs of The Mowgli’s can be described as a joyous revival of rock and roll, a twisting indie-folk dance and a heartfelt protest ballad. They have been known to slide from indie pop to country and a host of genres in between, evoking modern artists such as Fun., Grouplove, and Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros, while their roots are firmly planted in the music of Neil Young, the Byrds, the Beach Boys, and Fleetwood Mac.

The Wanted's Max George admits having pre-rehab drinks with Lindsay Lohan "probably wasn't the best idea".

Troubled actress Lohan was court-ordered to 90 days of treatment in a rehabilitation centre when she made a deal with prosecutors earlier this year stemming from a reckless driving case in 2012.

Lohan is friends with The Wanted - also comprising Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Nathan Sykes and Tom Parker.

The five-piece - who are currently promoting their reality show 'The Wanted Life' - were based in the US to film the series, and shared a drink with Lohan before a court date.

George explained: "I don't think she is [in it], no. She did pop over at one point to see us all but it was really brief. It wasn't for the show or anything. She was just in town and she wanted a little bit of support before her court case.

He added: "That scene [in the first episode of The Wanted Life] where we were in the pub... we actually bumped into her ex-boyfriend, who said she was in town and needed a bit of support because she was a bit down about her court case.

"So we invited her over to the house for a bit, just to have a drink - which probably wasn't the best idea."

‘Come and Get It’ singer Selena Gomez admits that despite being on the eve of her 21st birthday, she still feels like a teenager at heart.

The singer, who will be turning 21 on July 22nd, recently told ET Canada: 'I feel like sometimes I am 15 in my heart. You know, sometimes I just go in waves of being a child and being an adult. It's awkward, I am growing up. I am just trying to figure out who I am.''

But turning 21 means more than just growing a year older, and Gomez plans to make use of her legal drinking age status.

When asked about enjoying a cocktail or two, Gomez said: ''I'm going to enjoy being 21, absolutely, of course. I am going to have a party. ... My family from Texas, my friends [and] my cousins are flying in. I will have some of my best friends in L.A.''

The Wanted reveal US tour guide prank

The Wanted have opened up on some of the fun they've been having in the US.

The British boyband are currently in the States filming a new reality TV show for E! as they increase their already prominent reputation across the pond.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Jay McGuiness said, for whatever reason, he decided to act as a tour guide on a bus in Los Angeles - despite having no knowledge of the city. He said:

"I don't know why, but I suddenly started acting like the tour guide on a bus. I knew nothing about the area so I made it up."

McGuiness added: "There were children there so I had to make it up in a very family-friendly way."

The singer said that their stay in the US, which is based in a plush pad complete with swimming pool, has been akin to a "holiday camp".
