Adam Lambert streams new single online

Adam Lambert has unveiled the full version of his new single 'Better Than I Know Myself' on his official website.

The singer had previously premiered a preview to his fans, but they can now listen to the full track.

The song is due to come off Lambert's second album, 'Trespassing', which is due to be released in spring next year.

It will follow up his debut album 'For Your Entertainment', which was released in late 2009.

As previously reported, Lambert has been in talks with legendary rock band Queen about performing live together after their show-stopping performance at the 2011 MTV EMAs.

Adam Lambert treats fans to an exclusive clip of his new single

Vocal sensation Adam Lambert has given his devoted fans an early Christmas present in the form of an exclusive preview of his new single, 'Better Than I Know Myself'.

The talented hitmaker sent a message to his 1.2 million followers on social networking site Twitter late last night, December 14, which granted access to a 30 second clip of the fantastic track and has since reposted a link to the snippet.

Writing about the release date of the song, Lambert revealed: "'Better Than I Know Myself' drops on December 20th! avail on all digital music providers. Happy Holidays!!"

In addition to this, Lambert has also unveiled the official artwork for the single.

Responses to the preview have so far been incredible, with fans telling him the new offering is "awesome" and instantly addictive.

Queen may recruit Adam Lambert for more live performances

Adam Lambert's phenomenal performance with Queen at the 2011 MTV EMAs made such an impact on the iconic rock act's remaining members that they are in talks to do more shows together.

Speaking exclusively to Billboard, Roger Taylor explained that he has been in touch with the vocal powerhouse since their stunning live collaboration and there may be more gigs on the horizon:

"He (Lambert) has grown into a really great performer with an astonishing voice with a range that's great. We would like to work with him again. There's nothing signed just yet but we're talking about live dates. It could be very exciting."

Despite this exciting revelation, the 'Whataya Want From Me' superstar is hard at work preparing his sophomore album for release and wrote a message to his fans on Twitter this morning (December 7) that read:

"Details on single coming any day now... I'm getting so excited!!!"
